Yoga and movement, meditation, breathing and Reiki (energy therapy) will help YOU to continue the progress YOU have made during physical therapy.

I analyze YOUR progress to keep your momentum going and reinforce good habits. I understand because I’ve personally benefited from continuing to move and de-stress after many treatments.

Since working with Linda, I have increased flexibility and less pain. I am more confident in my movements. Additionally, she spends time researching new techniques that will help me. If there is more research, she will find it and apply it during our sessions. Then Linda explains it to me in terms that I can understand.
