  • Start on your hands and knees with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees wider than your hips with your toes touching
  • Slowly lower your hips towards your heels, stretching your arms towards the front of the mat
  • Rest your forehead on the floor and breathe deeply

Thread the Needle

  • Start on your hands and knees with your wrists under your shoulders and your knees under your hips
  • Reach your right arm towards the ceiling, twisting your torso to the right
  • Thread your right arm under your left arm with your palm facing up and rest your right shoulder on the floor
  • Hold for several breaths before repeating on the other side
